  • What are the date/time for deliveries?
    Standard shipping time is from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays. Please leave a notice at check-out for delivery beyond the stated time.
  • How do i make payment?
    We accept payment by debit and credit cards using Stripe secure payment which allows you to pay for your order securely online. We also accept PayNow You may choose your preferred option when you checkout.
  • What is the charges for delivery and assemble?
    Delivery to your doorway will be free for our chair order. You'll be able to add another $25 for our technician assembly program. Our technician will deliver and assemble the chair at your place.
  • Where can i find a Blackwolf chair?
    We do not currently offer viewing or testing of the chair. Customers are, however, entitled to a 30-day return if they do not like the chair after purchase.
  • How do i make payment?

  • Must i make payment immediately at checkout?
    It will be an automatic process to pay by dedit / credit card. For PayNow payment it is recommended that you pay within 60 minutes of check-out.
  • What should i do after placing my orders?
    After you place your orders, you will receive the confirmation of your order. Our team will send you a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your chair is ready for delivery.
  • What should i do if i purchase a pre-order chair?
    When you buy a pre-order chair, the approximate delivery date for your order at the time of purchase can be found at the product page. This is the estimated date when your purchase will be back on stock and shipped to you. When the shipment to your chair arrives, we will inform you and check for the available delivery date and time slot.

  • How is my order going to be delivered and how long will it takes?
    Our logistic team at Blackwolf Express will deliver your chairs right outside your doorstep. All orders delivered must be signed upon acceptance. For in-stock chair delivery will be 1-2 days after orders have been placed. For areas such as Jurong Islands, CBD towers or no lift access area, additional delivery charges may apply. If you are unsure of the additional costs that may entail, please contact us at contact@blackwolf.sg

  • Warranty period
    All Blackwolf chairs are covered by a warranty for a period of three ( 3 ) years. This warranty effectively applied from the date of delivery for the purchase of Blackwolf chair. Please visit our warranty page for more information.
  • What does warranty covered?
    Defects in the manufacture of materials at the time of delivery, such as upholstery peeling, abnormal cracking, hydraulic malfunctions, armrests, backrest recliners, casters wheels and tilting mechanisms. Damage due to misuse of chair are not covered. Blackwolf retains the sole right to decide if a defects under the warranty can be claimed.
