Blackwolf Singapore promises to repair/replace any Blackwolf chair/accessories that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within 

Three (3) year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is subject to the provisions set out below.

EXCLUSION :
This warranty does not apply and no further warranty applies to:
 

• wear and tear or aging of materials which are to be expected in the course of ownership.
   

• Inappropriate assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or site or environmental conditions.
   

• Misuse, abuse or excessive use of the product.
   

• Modifications or additions to the product that are not approved by Blackwolf Singapore.
   

• Products that have not been installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
   

• Products used for commercial or rental purposes.
   

• Damage caused by the in-transit carrier shall be handled on a separate basis.

How to Claim warranty :

Please submit your warranty service claims within 14 days of noticing the defect. In the event that warranty repair or replacement is necessary, Blackwolf Singapore will request and you must provide proof of purchase invoice and photos/videos of the defected products in order to review for warranty claim.
